I have been gone a while!

Well I didn't have surgery! Turns out I and my husband are expecting;-)

I went to school for my job then had to go on emergency leave for my mom. I got back in time to see Tropical Storm Hanna!

WRATH (PART OF MY 7 DEADLY SINS SERIES)

Wrath = Anger

I get angry a lot! I like what I did here but if you asked me how I would never be able to remember all my steps to get this image! I thought it came out spooky but cool just the same! This is the evil side of me especially when I have road rage!

Wrath (anger) is an emotion experienced as an aroused state of antagonism toward someone or something perceived to be the source of an aversive event.

Three types of anger are recognized by psychologists: One connected to the impulse for self-preservation, occurring when the person or animal is tormented or trapped. The second type of anger is a reaction to perceived deliberate harm doing or unfair treatment by others. Irritability, sullenness and churlishness are examples of the third type of anger which is related more to character traits than to instincts or cognitions

Anger can mobilize psychological resources for corrective action. Uncontrolled anger can however negatively affect personal or social well-being.

NIP/TUCK

Nip/Tuck was the inspiration for this picture and the Gauz came from the poster as well but the model is me. I used the Dynamic-HDR tool on this image after I manipulated it. I love how it came out. I also used the Neat Image tool on me before I added myself to the gauz. It really smoothed me out! Some good places for stock images are Deviant Art or Image Shack!

This is me! Neat Image! With just a few touch ups. Anyway it is very nice to meet everyone! Hello! I like touching up portraits. I like using photoshop. If anyone wants a photo photoshoped I will do it for them. Just send me a quick message from here.

ME

Here is a self-portrait! I put this image in neat image a few times. I used the Dynamic-HDR tool on this photo. It enhanced the color. I smoothed it out some usinf the smudge tool in the Adobe CS3 photoshop. I also enhanced the colors and used the Overlay tool in blending options.

This is one of my modeling pictures. I used to model a while back. Now I am on the other side of the camera!

Welcome to my blog! Not much to say about me or my blog! I am very easy going and laid back! I do not like a lot of drama or excitement! I am a marine stationed at Twentynine Palms at this moment! Soon I will be leaving! I make the most of where I am at. I am into photography and it gives me a way to enjoy this place. Also I have a wonderful family! My husband supports me in everything I do and our daughter is the light of my life. I can't imagine life without them.

I enjoy lots of things! I say be happy with what life gives you! We only have one life and we have to make the most of that life or otherwise it is wasted and our time here would be for nothing. Our children are our legacy so I want to be a great mom. This blog will show parts of me and my photography because a person's passion shows a lot about a person and my photography is a passion of mine.

I have a Sony Alpha DSLRA-100! I take that camera everywhere with me. You never know when you will see that once in a lifetime shot. I also have several lenses and plenty of software! I love Adobe CS3 the best out of all the photoshops! I use a lot of photography books and online tutorials to improve my work! I am always looking for ideas and ways to improve my photography!

My number one passion is my daughter Catherine! She will always come first and that is what matters most to me. My photos of her show that.
